Intentional Leadership Coaching
September 4 @ 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Church Leaders face major dilemmas today, such as:
- How can we hold on to our best traditions and engage people through new ways of discipling?
- How can staff/clergy use their gifts to lead well and encourage lay leaders to use their gifts?
- How can we serve the needs of the world and serve the needs or our members?
Intentional Leadership is a practical process that prepares you to leverage the cyclical nature of such dilemmas while factoring in who you are, who you’re leading, where you are now where you want to go, and what obstacles unique to your situation might get in the way.
