CPT Update – 17-01 – Distribution & Insurance

1. Distributions:

For parishes with investments held by CPT, distributions will be made this week for the period to 31^st December 2016.

Balanced Growth Fund [BGF] – 4.5%

Fixed Income Fund [FIF] – 3.9%

The investor statements are being processed and will be sent out at the same time as the payments are made.

2. Insurance Questionnaires:

The CPT Property Team are preparing the submission to the insurance brokers for the 2017/2018 renewal period.

Would parishes who have not yet sent back the renewal questionnaire please send this to cptpropertymgr@anglicanlife.org.nzurgently.
