In keeping with our society, many Christians have forgotten how to rest. And yet, ‘There is great healing when we get into the rhythm of setting aside every 7th day all our efforts to provide for ourselves and make our way in the world. We learn to let God take care of us.’

This is an invitation to explore God’s gift and calling to Shabbat – Sabbath Rest and how we can build this calling into our lives. This is a repeat of the day held in February.
