Helping Others Grow—A Workshop

Helping Others Grow. A workshop designed to help you intentionally build relationships with others. RSVP by 25th October, any questions derek.chirnside@gmail.com 021 511 303. The workshop begins at 8.45am with pancakes and coffee! It is partly based on the work of Larry Crabb and Dan Allender. "Encouragement is more than a compliment or a pat on the back. It's a skill that can be learnt." Also may include: active listening, leading a small group meeting, understanding ourselves, helping to resolve conflict.
