This is the biggest fundraiser of the year for the Parish. All funds will go towards the Parish’s Pastoral Care programme. It is a fun community day so we hope you can come along!

How can you be involved?

Creative Kids – Kids can have some fun in the Spring Creative Kids competition. The theme this year is ‘Our Community’ – design and draw, design or build Lego. Bring your creations to the Fair between 9.30am and 11am.

Donate an item – we will have the famous Country Auction with the infamous auctioneers! And of course the White Elephant. If you have some good quality treasures you could donate, please contact Jane Thwaites on 027 337 4299 or bring them to the Domain between 12pm and 4pm on Sunday, 22 October.

Volunteer – We need your help to ensure this day is a success.
We are looking for:

• People to help set up on Sunday 12pm onwards
• Helpers on the day for various shifts and jobs
• Donation of baking, preserves, homemade sweets and other edible goodies
• Donations of plants

Raffle – we have an amazing raffle – could you sell some tickets to your friends, family or colleagues? Only $2 a ticket or $20 a book. Closes on 13 November, drawn on 15 November. Winners will be notified. Results on Facebook.

Contact Marion on 021 304 985 if you would like some books to sell, limited to 3,000 tickets. Huge thanks to the generous local businesses who donated prizes for our raffle.
