The service to install Bishop Peter
as the Ninth Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Christchurch,
will take place on
Saturday 9th February at 3:00 pm in Cathedral Square.

• Anyone and all are welcome to attend.
• There will be no invitations, but information will come down from your Archdeacons to your vicars and clergy about getting together as a parish and attending this event.
• Ideally we would like to see all parishes represented, with each parish (with your parish or church banner) lining up behind your Archdeacon to take part in the installation celebration event. Talk to your vicar about this. 
• The installation service begins at 3:00 pm, but Anglicans are asked to line up no later than 2:45 pm.
• The service will take about 45 mins. It is an out-doors, standing event only, and will be taking place regardless of the weather.
• This service will also be live streamed.
